The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Clean rooms and good room size. Breakfast available for take-away. Owner arranged for taxi. Nice residential area, no traffic noise. Free tuktuk rides to nearby transportation. Spacious and beautifully designed rooms. Passionate owner with attention to detail.

Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing a temporary room when ours wasn't ready. Breakfast options were delicious with both Thai and Western choices. Great location near markets, street food, and transportation. Luggage storage and shower facilities available.

I had an excellent stay at Focal Local B&B! The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, with something new to try each day. The owner even insisted on reimbursing me for a night and paying for my taxi. I highly recommend this B&B.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and kind, making me feel welcome. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location in a local suburb was perfect, away from the touristy areas but with easy access to transportation options. I especially loved the free TukTuk service to the riverside and train station. The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff provided excellent recommendations for places to visit. this was a fantastic experience and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

This hotel is a true gem. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms are clean, spacious, and decorated with their own style. The bed is very comfortable and the ensuite bathrooms are nice. The breakfast included is delicious, with a choice of Thai or western options that change daily. There are also little touches like refreshing lemongrass tea upon arrival and a welcome board with guests' names. The hotel is located in a secluded but nice neighborhood, away from the city center but close to the BTS train station, making it easy to explore the city.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk away from the metro station and the pier. You can easily explore the city and visit famous attractions such as temples. The rooms are beautifully decorated with different themes and there's attention to detail. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. The staff is welcoming and helpful, giving you the best recommendations. The breakfast is delicious, offering a taste of authentic Thai cuisine.
The water system in the hotel can be inconsistent, with the temperature fluctuating between hot and cold.
